Hydrogen and inert gas degreasing unit BOG-50
Hydrogen and inert gases degreasing unit BOG-50 is used for hydrogen, inert gas and nitrogen purification from oil vapor impurities. The purification unit functions at the raw gas overpressure of 0.2-0.6 MPa.
For activated coal regeneration the purification unit has to be connected to a centralized forevacuum system or a pump providing ultimate residual pressure not more than 13 Pa. As an adsorbent for oil absorption it its recommended to use 50 liters of activated coal AG-3.
Hydrogen and inert gases degreasing unit BOG-50 can be used both separately (in applications where only degreasing is required) and together with gas purification equipment (in applications requiring deep hydrogen, inert gases and nitrogen purification from moisture, oxygen and dust particles.)
Operation of the degreasing unit is based on the principle of oil vapors adsorption by activated coal AG-3.
